I'm from Buffalo NY originally and Jimmy's is like going home again to my old favorite neighborhood pub. Great fish fry, wings as good as in Buffalo, and they treat you like family. Go Bills! Go Sabres!

Jimmys' is worth the 40 minute drive from Alexandria. I have been driving there on Sundays for years to watch football and many times when friends are in town we go to Jimmy's for the best Beef on Weck for 250 miles! Now only if Jimmy's had rooms at top like those taverns of the 1800's!

My wife and I are new to the area. We came from a small town in Ohio. Jimmy's is exactly what we were looking for! Small town atmosphere, good food and great people!
Plus, Jimmy's is motorcycle friendly! We are looking forward to the ride to the Pentagon and Memorial Day celebration in the Alley.

Hey Jimmy and crew, I came down with the Sabres Auumni last year, still really greatful for your hospitality and for what you have done for my buddy Scott Kashino's family. (John Persingers friend).
That was by far the most fun I've had in a weekend in quite a long time!
I'm looking forward to visiting again next year.
By the way, the current Sabres are rocking!

Have not been there in awhile, but met some great people and it was good times. I seem to remember something about Elvis Presley that night. I think the owner came in dressed like Elvis. There were cool bar games that involved whip cream and cherries. I will come back again soon.

Jimmy's is awesome!!! I love the workers. I don't think I've been anywhere else where they make sure to introduce themselves so you can get to know them. It's one of the funnest places I've been too, and the people who work there are GREAT!!!

Halloween was amazing. I knew there would be a good crowd at Jimmy's because there is always a great group of people but, there was a line around the block on Halloween. Almost everyone got dressed up, there was a costume contest and a scariest scream contest. It was a great night. : ) As usually the staff was wonderful and the service/food was fantastic.

We just moved here from Michigan and had a hard time finding a restaurant that prepares fried fish like we were accustomed to back home. Jimmy's Friday Fish Fry is fabulous and every bit as good as what we were used to getting in Michigan. What makes our dining experience even more special is the Cream of Crab soup that is only served on Friday nights. Jimmy's is fun, crowded, but always delicious and worth our long drive in from Haymarket!!
