Dominion Ale
Brewer: Dominion Brewing |
Style: Ale-American |
According to their web site: it's brewed in an English style with American Two-Row Pale, Caramel, and Black malts. They use Perle, Williamette, and Mount Hood hops from the Pacific Northwest and English Kent Goldings hops. They ferment with a traditional American ale yeast in the German Kolsch style - warm, fast fermentation followed by a slow maturation. This amber ale is malty with a robust hop character. |
